Hypnosystemic Therapy & Coaching
pause. reconnect. grow.
„Trust your unconscious. It knows more than you do.“
— Milton H. Erickson
Sometimes we need to slow down and take a step back to see things more clearly.
Whether you're in the midst of a crisis, looking for orientation, or seeking personal or professional growth – I’m here to support you in finding inner clarity and discovering new ways forward.
My work is grounded in the hypnosystemic therapy approach. This means taking inner — often involuntary or conflicting — reactions seriously and gently connecting with what is at work inside us. It opens up space for change that feels coherent and aligned with what life currently asks of us from the outside.
Welcome! I'm glad you found your way here.
I’m Laura, a clinical psychologist offering psychological therapy and coaching in German and English, for adults and adolescents
In my practice, I aim to create a safe(r) space – grounded in an inclusive and anti-discriminatory approach. People with neurodivergent experiences (such as those on the autism spectrum, with AD(H)D, or high sensitivity) and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are explicitly welcome – with all of their perspectives, experiences, and potential.
I’m here when you feel ready to take the next step.
About Me
I’ve moved between different worlds – and each has shaped how I work with people today.
In academic research, I explored questions with depth and structure. In the business world – from consulting to start-up culture – I experienced fast-paced systems and the need for inner clarity and connection. In the therapeutic field, I found spaces where true encounters become possible – where people can show up with what moves them.
I grew up in Linz, live in Vienna, and have lived and studied abroad – including in London and the United States. Getting to know different ways of being is not only part of my professional life, but a deep personal value.
A formative experience was going through a phase of panic attacks at the start of my studies. It shook my balance – and taught me to listen to my body and to trust that healing is possible. Therapeutic support played a crucial role on that path.
This experience didn’t just shape me personally – it also deepened my professional perspective: I work with great respect for the inner worlds people carry, especially in times of challenge.
Today, I move between energy and stillness – sometimes spontaneous and full of ideas, sometimes quiet and grounded on a yoga mat. Both are part of me.
My approach
In my psychological work, I combine evidence-based methods with creative, personalized tools. At the core of my approach is the hypnosystemic perspective: while diagnoses can offer initial orientation, the focus always lies on the person – with all their inner parts, resources, and potential for growth.
The hypnosystemic approach supports access to unconscious and involuntary processes – cognitive, emotional, and somatic – as valuable sources of inner wisdom and change.
As a clinical psychologist, I integrate research-based knowledge with practical tools from embodiment, hypnotherapy, and systemic work – always guided by a resource-oriented view: that people already carry much of what they need within.
